RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Ironridge gear — and we also know buying a motorcycle jacket online can involve a little guesswork when it comes to fit.
So we've kept returns simple.
Need another size?
No worries.
If the fit isn't quite right, your first size exchange within Australia is on us.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange your first size exchange at no return shipping cost to you, subject to stock availability.
All we ask is that the jacket is:
- unworn, other than trying it on for fit;
- in its original condition;
- returned with all tags attached; and
- returned with its original packaging.
Try it on. Sit on the bike. Reach for the bars. Make sure it feels right.
Just don't take it for a ride until you're sure it's the one.
Changed your mind?
That's okay too.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return conditions above.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.
Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll arrange your refund to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges aren't normally refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Give it back to us how we sent it
Leather remembers things.
Please make sure returned gear is free from signs of use, damage, marks, pet hair, smoke, fragrances, deodorant or alterations.
If a garment has been ridden in, damaged, or involved in an accident, impact or slide, we can't accept it as a change-of-mind or sizing return.
Something wrong?
If we've sent the wrong item, or something arrives faulty or damaged, that's different.

Ironridge Motorcycle Company complies with the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Sale items
Unless we specifically mark something Final Sale, our normal returns policy applies.
Final Sale items can't be returned simply because you've changed your mind. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply if there's a problem with the product.
