No minimum spend. No surprise shipping charge at checkout.

Most Australian metro deliveries should arrive within approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, with regional and remote areas potentially taking a little longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or because of circumstances outside our control.

Once your order is on the road, we'll send you tracking details so you can follow it home.

Express Shipping

Where available, Express Shipping can be selected at checkout for an additional charge.

Available options and pricing will be shown before you complete your order.

Order Processing

We aim to get orders packed and moving as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

During launches, new releases and particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If there's a significant delay with your order, we'll let you know.

International Shipping

Yes — Ironridge ships internationally.

Available destinations and international shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs or import charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges aren't collected at checkout, they're the responsibility of the recipient.

We'll make any destination-specific duties or tariff arrangements clear at checkout where applicable.

Once a parcel is already with the carrier, changes may not be possible.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your parcel looks like it's taken the wrong long way home, get in touch.

Email contact@ironridgemc.com.au with your order number and we'll help investigate it with the carrier.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the parcel and item where possible.
