TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Ironridge Motorcycle Company.
We've tried to keep these terms straightforward. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
When you place an order with Ironridge, you're offering to purchase the products in your order.
Your order is confirmed once we've accepted it and payment has been successfully processed.
We may occasionally need to decline or cancel an order — for example, because of a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraudulent transaction or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we've already taken payment for an order we can't fulfil, we'll refund it.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting them.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
OUR GEAR
We do our best to accurately represent our products online.
Leather is a natural material, so grain, texture, colour and markings can vary slightly between garments. We consider that part of the character of genuine leather rather than a defect.
Colours can also appear differently depending on your screen.
Product specifications may occasionally change as we improve our gear. Any significant changes will be reflected in the relevant product information.
MOTORCYCLE PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Motorcycling involves inherent risk.
Where an Ironridge product is described as protective motorcycle equipment, its specifications, armour ratings and applicable certification or testing information will be clearly identified on the relevant product page.
No motorcycle garment or protective equipment can prevent all injuries.
Protective equipment should be correctly fitted, maintained and used for its intended purpose.
We won't claim a product has achieved a particular safety certification or performance classification unless that claim is supported by the applicable testing or certification.
SHIPPING
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carriers, weather, customs or circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or any Ironridge policy excludes or limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Ironridge name, logos, designs, graphics, photography, written content, product designs and other original material appearing on our website belong to Ironridge Motorcycle Company or their respective licensors.
Please don't reproduce, commercially use or distribute our material without permission.
Sharing our publicly available content through normal social-media functions is, of course, fine.
WEBSITE USE
Please don't use our website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or malicious, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access areas you aren't authorised to access, or use our content in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights or those of another person.

Our website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment providers, shipping providers and social-media platforms.
Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Ironridge Motorcycle Company is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Ironridge Motorcycle Company.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Ironridge Motorcycle Company, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Ironridge Motorcycle Company.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may process information necessary to operate the store, payments and related services.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
